The broking side pays. The market never does.

A placement is the broker’s to run, so the broking firm holds the account. A market joins each placement by invitation, at no cost, with no account to set up beyond a sign-in link — because a tool a carrier has to buy before it can answer a submission is a tool the submission will not arrive through.

Why is there no number on this page?
Because the first paying desks set it with us, and a figure printed before then is the one every later firm anchors to. What is fixed is the structure: seats on the broking side, nothing on the market side, and an annual agreement for firms that need the enterprise items.
What does a market pay?
Nothing, ever. A carrier joins each placement by invitation, sees the submission and the tower, quotes, and issues the binder. If a carrier wants the book and a firm roster of its own, that is a broking-desk account on the carrier side, and it is optional.
Is the export part of every tier?
Yes, and it does not stop when the account does. A firm that leaves can take every placement with it as a self-contained file first, and the record stays readable to the firms that were party to it.
What is not included at any price?
Deletion of the record — it cannot be edited or removed, by design. And an EU-resident deployment, which does not exist yet. Both are stated plainly on the security page so that nobody discovers them in month three.
